I'll go first.
in no particular order and not a comprehensive list:
my health
you guys
it was a beautiful day today (Sunday) & also a gorgeous evening
I learned new hoop tricks
the native flowers in bloom around my house
my housemates are kind and decent people
purple fake fur
LIB is coming up--!
that the girl in the car I saw on its side tonight, didn't get hurt
(and neither did I--I guess I *just* missed the accident)
warm snugglies
cute furry bunnies
being off coffee
nice roof over my head & food to eat
only 3 months till playa time!

Re: what are you grateful for today?
Mon, May 12, 2008 - 12:35 PMWhile taking my mother out for a Mothers Day diner last night I thanked her and her mother for the good healthy Northern Swiss Alps genes that they gave my physical body.
I am always grateful to all my teachers and friends, especially those that teach just enough to get you going in the right direction.
With these two things, the gift of health and conscience, I am attracted to and grateful for things of interest to do and people that shine bright.
I appreciate your entire list VS. All true for me as well except I didn't see an accident. I even tried a new hoop trick this weekend. -

Re: what are you grateful for today?
Mon, May 12, 2008 - 1:01 PMI'm grateful for my family - both born-into and chosen.
Got to celebrate Mother's Day (and my Mom's BDay!) with my Mom, sister and niece. Three generations of wonderful femmes (with Chuck E. Cheese as our gracious host).
Sat and Sun I got to catch up with some peeps at the Lantern Festival and Ren Faire. It's always great to see everyone all dolled up and having fun! I also ran into a bunch of folks at Faire - some that I haven't seen in years, some that I just met recently. It was good to re-connect with some strands of my past that had gotten loose.
I'm grateful for my man and all the hard work he's been doing to make my little house into a real home.
I'm grateful for my talents and the opportunity to hone them and share them with others.
I'm grateful that I live in a time and place where my basic needs are met and I am free. The U.S. may not be perfect, but we're one of the best countries around, but there is burgeoning hope for major improvements on the horizon!
I'm grateful for the awareness, support, love, creativity, generosity and warmth of my friends.
Life is Good!
